What happens if my machine's performance drops?

As of right now, all rigs sold through Sazmining come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

How long is the warranty period for my miner?

Our team will immediately reach out to you with the best available options if your rig breaks. We will help you navigate the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

What happens if my rig breaks?

Due to high demand, we are only allowing up to 5 reserved mining rigs per customer on the waitlist. If you are interested in purchasing additional mining rigs you may do so via the owner dashboard or can contact us directly, subject to availability.

How many Mining Rigs can I purchase?

As outlined in our purchase policy, we are unable to provide a refund for mining rigs purchased on our site.

With that said, reservation fees are fully refundable up until your opportunity to purchase becomes available.

Additionally, if you wish to sell your mining once purchased, Sazmining can provide support to connect you to potential buyers.

Can I refund my Mining Rig?

Your selected mining rig(s) and hosting space is reserved for 48 hours once you are notified. If you do not complete the purchase within 48 hours, you forfeit your reservation and reservation fee.

How long do I have to secure my machines & hosting space once I am at the top of the waitlist?

Upfront, you will pay the cost of the mining rig. After that you will pay a monthly fee for the cost of electricity associated with running your rig(s).

What costs are involved in purchasing and hosting a mining rig?

Yes! The moment you proceed to the payment of your mining rig(s) we will deduct the reservation fee from your order.

Does the Reservation Fee go towards the price of my mining rigs?

Under properly maintained conditions we anticipate a mining rig lasting between 3 to 5 years. There will be maintenance needed on your machine to keep it clean and humming for years to come. We’ll take care of that for you.

How long will my rig last?

Yes. Because there are transaction fees each time a reward is sent to a wallet, you'll want to mine sufficient bitcoin before sending the rewards to your wallet. We set the default to .01 BTC but you're welcome to adjust it in your account settings.

Can I adjust how frequently the rewards are sent to my wallet?

Because there are thousands and thousands of miners competing to produce the next block and earn rewards, individual miners pool their computational power in mining pools. Any rewards earned by the mining pool are then fairly distributed according to each miner's contribution. We offer the choice of two mining pools with one-click setup.

What is a mining pool?

You will need a mining rig, which is a special computer called an ASIC, low cost power, and a Bitcoin wallet to deposit the rewards. We handle everything except your Bitcoin wallet, which is yours and only yours. By design, we never have access to your mined Bitcoins.

What do I need to mine Bitcoin?

Bitcoin mining is the process that converts energy into new Bitcoins on the Bitcoin network. New Bitcoins are rewarded to the miner who successfully creates the next block on the Bitcoin blockchain. The process of mining not only results in new Bitcoin, it also helps to secure the network.
